Ingredients
- 180g of milk
- 150g fresh cheese
- 2 sprigs of Common Chives
- 1 sprig of tarragon
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- In a container pour the milk and place it in the fridge for 15 minutes then beat it with a whisk so that it becomes frothy
- In a bowl, mash the cream cheese with a fork
- Pour a quarter of the milk froth into the cheese and mix briskly
- Season with salt and pepper then add the chopped herbs and mix
- Pour in the rest of the milk froth and mix gently
- Place the container in the fridge for 3 hours
- Serve as fresh
