Common Chive Mousse

Today, we offer you a recipe for an aperitif, to impress your guests and allow everyone to enjoy themselves: a mousse of Common Chives and fresh cheese! Find in this article the ingredients and the preparation to follow to make this recipe.


  • 180g of milk
  • 150g fresh cheese
  • 2 sprigs of Common Chives
  • 1 sprig of tarragon
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  • In a container pour the milk and place it in the fridge for 15 minutes then beat it with a whisk so that it becomes frothy
  • In a bowl, mash the cream cheese with a fork
  • Pour a quarter of the milk froth into the cheese and mix briskly
  • Season with salt and pepper then add the chopped herbs and mix
  • Pour in the rest of the milk froth and mix gently
  • Place the container in the fridge for 3 hours
  • Serve as fresh
