Cultivated Coriander Falafels
Embark for a meal on a taste trip to Lebanon with this falafel recipe!
Ingredients
- 200g of chickpeas
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch of fresh Cultivated Coriander

1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon sweet pepper
- 20 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- Put the chickpeas in a bowl, cover them with water and leave to soak for 24 hours
- Dry them well

Coarsely chop the onion and garlic, pour them into the bowl of a blender, add the chickpeas, Cultivated Coriander and spices
- Shape into walnut-sized balls
- Pour the oil into a sauté pan and heat it
- Gently place the balls of dough in the oil
- Fry them for 5 minutes
- Serve hot
