Ratatouille is a traditional culinary specialty of Nice, Provençal, Occitan and Mediterranean cuisines which, accompanied by Grand Vert Basil, will reveal its originality!

Ingredients

  • 1 eggplant
  • 3 zucchini
  • 2 Mini Peppers
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 sprigs of Grand Vert Basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

  • Rinse the Grand Vert Basil and the vegetables
  • Cut the eggplant and zucchini into small cubes
  • Peel the Mini Peppers and cut them into cubes
  • Peel, chop the onions and peel and press the garlic
  • Scald the tomatoes, peel them and chop them
  • Heat the oil in a sauté pan, sauté the onions, eggplant and peppers for 15 minutes
  • Add garlic
  • Add the tomatoes, zucchini, cook for another 10 minutes and add the Grand Vert Basil leaves
  • Serve hot
