Ingredients
- 4 Mini Peppers
- 5 tomatoes
- 35g grated fresh parmesan
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 teaspoons pine nuts
- 6 cl of olive oil
- 1cl of harissa
- 5cl of lemon juice
Preparation
- Grill the Mini Peppers
- In a food processor, purée all the ingredients until the mixture has a creamy and slightly grainy consistency.
- Salt and pepper
- The pesto will keep for 10 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
