Verrine avocado, salmon & common chives

Let's go for an easy recipe for 4 people to offer as an aperitif or as a starter, even on a Thursday evening in full confinement!

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 150g fresh cheese
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 5 sprigs of Common Chives
  • 100 g smoked salmon or smoked trout, diced

 

Utensils

  • Verrines
  • Knife
  • Fine herb scissors

 

Preparation

  • Mash the pulp of the avocado or cut it into small cubes
  • Salt and pepper lightly and pour the lemon juice
  • Divide the preparation into the verrines
  • Mix the cream cheese, the clove of garlic in small pieces and 4 sprigs of Common Chives. Add a teaspoon of water to thin if needed
  • Place the preparation in the verrines
  • Add diced fish
  • Add a few pieces of chives, pepper, pour a squeeze of lemon

Good aperitif!
