Mini peppers stuffed with tuna

- 8 mini peppers
- 500g canned natural tuna
- 50cl of liquid cream
- 150g grated parmesan
- 100g of fine breadcrumbs
- 25cl of olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
- Wash the mini peppers, remove the green part and remove the seeds
