Do you like pesto? Then you're going to love the Pepper Pesto recipe from URBAN CUISINE!

Ingredients

  • 4 Mini Peppers
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 35g grated fresh parmesan
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 teaspoons pine nuts
  • 6 cl of olive oil
  • 1cl of harissa
  • 5cl of lemon juice

Preparation

  • Grill the Mini Peppers
  • In a food processor, purée all the ingredients until the mixture has a creamy and slightly grainy consistency.
  • Salt and pepper
  • The pesto will keep for 10 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
