Mussels & Cayenne Pepper Spaghetti
For all those who love pasta, URBAN CUISINE offers the Mussels & Chilli Spaghetti recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 kg of fresh mussels
- 400g spaghetti
- 10 Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 sprigs of parsley
- 4 cayenne peppers
- 14 cl of white wine
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
Preparation
- Wash the mussels
- In a skillet, brown the garlic cloves and parsley in olive oil and add the chilli
- Once the garlic is nicely browned, add the halved tomatoes
- Place the spaghetti in a pot of boiling water, salt and cook
- Remove the clove of garlic from the preparation then place the mussels in the pan, add half a glass of dry white wine and mix well
- Cook until the mussels are open
- Add the spaghetti to the preparation, mix well and cook for another 2 minutes over medium heat
- Eat hot on a plate
