Antoine graduated from Audencia Business School in Corporate Finance. After an experience at EY as a junior auditor (participation in the audit of Lactalis and of Petit Navire ), he joined Cerea Partners , an investment fund specializing in agribusiness, and quickly became Chargé d'Affaires. It participates in particular in the financing of transmission transactions, development and external growth, in France and abroad ( Labeyrie , The Croissanterie , Buffalo Grill ). There he discovered the challenges of production, logistics and distribution chains. After more than three years of experience, he embarked on the entrepreneurial adventure and today becomes Managing Director of URBAN CUISINE .
