Parsley with Flat Parsley

To give flavor to your vegetables, meats, fish, shellfish, crustaceans, starches and many other ingredients, parsley is a preparation to always have on hand. Very easy to prepare, it is also excellent for your health!


  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch of Flat Parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


  • Wash, spin, dry and chop the parsley
  • Peel and chop the garlic cloves
  • In a blender pour the oil, garlic, parsley and mix until you get a thick and fragrant sauce
  • If needed add a little more olive oil
  • Serve cold
