Treat yourself to a snack as the dessert thanks to the cake with the mini carrot of Urban Cuisine!

 

Ingredients
• 200g of flour
• 125g of melted butter
• 2 eggs
• 3 mini grated carrots
• 125g of sugars
• 60g of crushed nuts
• ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
• 1 sachet of baking powder
• For frosting (optional):
• 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
• 150g of icing sugar
• 1 egg white

 


Preparation
• Preheat the oven (150 ° C)
• Whisk the eggs and sugar
• Once the mixture is fried, continue to whisk by adding the flour and the melted butter
• While whisking, add cinnamon, nuts, yeast and grated mini carrots
• Mix, then pour into a missing mold
• Bake for 50 minutes
• Leave to cool and unmold
• Mix lemon juice, icing sugar and egg white for frosting
• Spread the frosting on the cake
