Joséphine Thebault, 27 years old and graduated from IPAG in 2016, co-founded URBAN CUISINE two years ago. Today, she is launching her range of innovative products allowing her to cultivate, in her apartment and without necessarily having a green thumb, fruits, vegetables and aromatic herbs.
