Mini peppers stuffed with tuna

URBAN CUISINE offers you the Mini Tuna Stuffed Peppers recipe, simple, but very tasty.


  • 8 Mini Peppers
  • 500g canned natural tuna
  • 50cl liquid cream
  • 150g grated parmesan
  • 100g fine breadcrumbs
  • 25cl olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • Pepper
  • Salt


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • Wash the Mini Peppers, remove the green part and remove the seeds
  • Prepare the stuffing: mix well with a fork the tuna, cream, parmesan, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper
  • Stuff the Mini Peppers with the preparation
  • Place the Mini Peppers in an ovenproof dish, pour a little olive oil in the bottom of the dish and on the peppers then bake for 45 minutes at 180°C
  • Take out and eat hot
