URBAN CUISINE offers you the Mini Tuna Stuffed Peppers recipe, simple, but very tasty.
Ingredients
- 8 Mini Peppers
- 500g canned natural tuna
- 50cl liquid cream
- 150g grated parmesan
- 100g fine breadcrumbs
- 25cl olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch of parsley
- Pepper
- Salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Wash the Mini Peppers, remove the green part and remove the seeds
- Prepare the stuffing: mix well with a fork the tuna, cream, parmesan, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper
- Stuff the Mini Peppers with the preparation
- Place the Mini Peppers in an ovenproof dish, pour a little olive oil in the bottom of the dish and on the peppers then bake for 45 minutes at 180°C
- Take out and eat hot
