• 35 cherry tomatoes
• 4 slices of Bayonne ham
• 2 mozzarella balls
• Balsamic vinegar
• Olive oil
• 4 croutons
Preparation
• Mix balsamic vinegar with olive oil
• Cut the dice mozzarella
• Cut the cherry tomatoes in half
• Cut the Bayonne ham into pieces
• Place large seeds in a dish or directly on the plates
• Add the pieces of ham, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and croutons
• Serve with the sauce
