Large-grain lamb’s lettuce and Bayonne ham salad

URBAN CUISINE offers you the recipe Salad of Large Seeded Lamb's lettuce and Bayonne ham, light and tasty!

• 4 handfuls of Large-Seed Lamb's Lettuce
• 35 cherry tomatoes
• 4 slices of Bayonne ham
• 2 balls of mozzarella
• Balsamic vinegar
• Olive oil
• 4 handfuls of croutons

• Mix the balsamic vinegar with the olive oil
• Dice the mozzarella
• Cut the cherry tomatoes in half
• Cut the Bayonne ham into pieces
• Arrange the Large-grained lamb's lettuce in a dish or directly on the plates
• Add the pieces of ham, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and croutons
• Serve with the sauce
