Lettuce Soup to Cut

Cut lettuce can be eaten in salads as well as in soups. This meal is tasty in winter as in summer, hot or cold. Try the URBAN CUISINE Chopped Lettuce Soup recipe!


Ingredients
• 1 Lettuce to Cut
• 15 cl of fresh cream
• 30cl chicken broth
• 1 potato
• 1 onion
• Butter
• Croutons
• Salt and pepper

Preparation
• Chop the onion
• Brown it in a saucepan
• Cut the potato into cubes
• Wash and spin-dry the lettuce to be cut
• Add the broth to the saucepan and let it boil
• Add the salad and cook for 2min
• Add the fresh cream, salt and pepper
• Mix and serve
• Add the croutons
