Cultivated Coriander Shrimps

As original as it is tasty, this shrimp recipe is an easy dish to make with few ingredients, ideal for an improvised meal with family or friends!
  • 16 large raw prawns
  • 2 sprigs of Cultivated Coriander
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


  • Peel and chop the ginger
  • Heat oil in a skillet
  • Add the whole shrimp, ginger, Cultivated Coriander and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring regularly
  • Once the prawns are pink and curved, sprinkle with lime juice, salt, pepper, chop the Cultivated Coriander and mix everything gently
  • Serve hot
