Radishes roasted with thyme
You don't need meat to make a good roast! URBAN CUISINE offers you the recipe Round Radishes roasted with thyme.
• 1 bunch of round radishes
• 2 sprigs of thyme
• 40g of butter
• Salt and pepper
• Cut the round radishes into rings
• Melt the butter in a pan
• Add the Radishes, salt and pepper as well as the thyme for 10min
• Serve hot
In order to caramelize the Round Radishes, you can also add sugar during cooking. Enjoy your food !
