Toast with Smoked Salmon and Tetra Gold Dill Cream

Make it chic and simple to delight your guests at an aperitif with the Toast with Smoked Salmon and Tetra Gold Dill Cream from URBAN CUISINE

• 6 slices of smoked salmon
• 25 mini blinis or slices of wholemeal bread
• 150g of cottage cheese
• 50g mustard
• 20ml rapeseed or sunflower oil
• 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
• ½ bunch of Dill Tetra Gold

• Chop the Dill Tetra Gold
• Put the mustard in a bowl
• Slowly add the oil in a thin stream while whisking as if preparing mayonnaise
• Obtain a creamy texture then add the cottage cheese, lemon juice and Dill Tetra Gold
• To mix together
• Spread the toasts with the dill cream
• Add a piece of smoked salmon to each toast
• Decorate the toasts with sprigs of Dill Tetra Gold
