Ingredients
• 100g of Large-Seed Lamb's Lettuce
• 16 large prawns
• 1 clove of garlic
• Cherry tomatoes
• Vinaigrette
Preparation
• Shell and brown the prawns with the garlic and a little olive oil in a pan
• Cut the Cherry Tomatoes in half
• Wash the Large-Grained Lamb's Lettuce and put it in a salad bowl
• Add the prawns and diced mango to the salad bowl
• Add the vinaigrette, salt and pepper
• Mix then serve
