Gaspacho à la Tomate Cerise

Cherry Tomato Gazpacho

Taste the flavors of Andalusia with a delicious Tomato Gazpacho!


  • 700g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 onion
  • 1 nice slice of country bread
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 5 parsley leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  • Pepper


  • Wash the parsley and basil
  • Peel and chop the onion and garlic
  • Peel the cucumber to cut it into pieces
  • Peel the tomatoes then slice them in half
  • Mix and blend tomato flesh, cucumber flesh, garlic, onion, fresh herbs
  • Add oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and mix
  • Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving your cold soup in bowls or soup plates, and enjoy with toasted bread
