Taste the flavors of Andalusia with a delicious Tomato Gazpacho!
Ingredients
- 700g cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 onion
- 1 nice slice of country bread
- 1 clove of garlic
- 5 basil leaves
- 5 parsley leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
- Pepper
Preparation
- Wash the parsley and basil
- Peel and chop the onion and garlic
- Peel the cucumber to cut it into pieces
- Peel the tomatoes then slice them in half
- Mix and blend tomato flesh, cucumber flesh, garlic, onion, fresh herbs
- Add oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and mix
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving your cold soup in bowls or soup plates, and enjoy with toasted bread
