Ratatouille with Grand Vert Basil
Ratatouille is a traditional culinary specialty of Nice, Provençal, Occitan and Mediterranean cuisines which, accompanied by Grand Vert Basil, will reveal its originality!
Ingredients
- 1 eggplant
- 3 zucchini
- 2 Mini Peppers
- 5 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 sprigs of Grand Vert Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- Rinse the Grand Vert Basil and the vegetables
- Cut the eggplant and zucchini into small cubes
- Peel the Mini Peppers and cut them into cubes
- Peel, chop the onions and peel and press the garlic
- Scald the tomatoes, peel them and chop them
- Heat the oil in a sauté pan, sauté the onions, eggplant and peppers for 15 minutes
- Add garlic
- Add the tomatoes, zucchini, cook for another 10 minutes and add the Grand Vert Basil leaves
