Ingredients :
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 Greek yogurts
- 1 bunch of Flat Parsley
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 sprigs of mint
- A pinch of salt
Preparation :
- Peel the cucumbers
- Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise, then seed them
- Cut them into small cubes, put them in a salad bowl and salt them generously
- Leave to marinate for 15 minutes
- Peel and chop the garlic finely
- Chop the parsley and the mint
- Rinse the cucumber quickly
- Mix everything in a salad bowl
- Leave the mixture to rest for an hour in the refrigerator.
Serve very chilled! Good tasting
