Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch of Flat Parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
- Wash, spin, dry and chop the parsley
- Peel and chop the garlic cloves
- In a blender pour the oil, garlic, parsley and mix until you get a thick and fragrant sauce
- If needed add a little more olive oil
- Serve cold
