Ingredients
• 1 lettuce to cut
• 15 cl fresh cream
• 30cl in chicken broth
• 1 potato
• 1 onion
• Butter
• Croutons
• Salt and pepper
Preparation
• Chop the onion
• Brown it in a saucepan
• Cut the potato in cube
• Wash and wring the lettuce to be cut
• Add the broth in the saucepan then let it boil
• Add the salad and cook for 2 minutes
• Add the crème fraîche, salt and pepper
• Mix and serve
• Add the croutons
