Crispy Goat Cheese and Grand Vert Basil
Simple and original crisps, highlighting the goat's cheese, enhanced with fresh Grand Vert Basil - a treat!
Ingredients
- 4 brick sheets
- 250g goat cheese
- 1 tablespoon liquid honey
- 30g butter
- 2 sprigs of Grand Vert Basil
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180°C
- Melt the butter over low heat, then brush it on each pastry sheet with a brush
- Cut the goat cheese into fairly thin slices and distribute them in the center of the pastry sheets
- Add a few drops of honey and Grand Vert Basil leaves
- Close the bricks by folding the 4 sides towards the center to form squares
- Slide them into the hot oven and let them brown for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot
