Crispy Goat Cheese and Grand Vert Basil

Simple and original crisps, highlighting the goat's cheese, enhanced with fresh Grand Vert Basil - a treat!


  • 4 brick sheets
  • 250g goat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon liquid honey
  • 30g butter
  • 2 sprigs of Grand Vert Basil


  • Preheat your oven to 180°C
  • Melt the butter over low heat, then brush it on each pastry sheet with a brush
  • Cut the goat cheese into fairly thin slices and distribute them in the center of the pastry sheets
  • Add a few drops of honey and Grand Vert Basil leaves
  • Close the bricks by folding the 4 sides towards the center to form squares
  • Slide them into the hot oven and let them brown for 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot
