Cultivated Coriander Shrimps
As original as it is tasty, this shrimp recipe is an easy dish to make with few ingredients, ideal for an improvised meal with family or friends!
Ingredients
- 16 large raw prawns
- 2 sprigs of Cultivated Coriander
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger
- 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation
- Peel and chop the ginger
- Heat oil in a skillet

Add the whole shrimp, ginger, Cultivated Coriander and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring regularly
- Once the prawns are pink and curved, sprinkle with lime juice, salt, pepper, chop the Cultivated Coriander and mix everything gently
- Serve hot
