  • 8 slices of country bread
  • 16 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt


  • Cut the tomatoes into small dice after removing the green part at the top
  • Place them in a small bowl and drizzle some olive oil over them.
  • Toast the slices of country bread, then rub them with garlic
  • Spread the tomato/olive oil mixture generously on the toast
  • Enjoy immediately
