Spaghettis moules & Piment de Cayenne

Mussels & Cayenne Pepper Spaghetti

For all those who love pasta, URBAN CUISINE offers the Mussels & Chilli Spaghetti recipe.


  • 1 kg of fresh mussels
  • 400g spaghetti
  • 10 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 sprigs of parsley
  • 4 cayenne peppers
  • 14 cl of white wine
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil


  • Wash the mussels
  • In a skillet, brown the garlic cloves and parsley in olive oil and add the chilli
  • Once the garlic is nicely browned, add the halved tomatoes
  • Place the spaghetti in a pot of boiling water, salt and cook
  • Remove the clove of garlic from the preparation then place the mussels in the pan, add half a glass of dry white wine and mix well
  • Cook until the mussels are open
  • Add the spaghetti to the preparation, mix well and cook for another 2 minutes over medium heat
  • Eat hot on a plate
