Ingredients :

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 Greek yogurts
  • 1 bunch of Flat Parsley
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 sprigs of mint
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation :

  • Peel the cucumbers
  • Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise, then seed them
  • Cut them into small cubes, put them in a salad bowl and salt them generously
  • Leave to marinate for 15 minutes
  • Peel and chop the garlic finely
  • Chop the parsley and the mint
  • Rinse the cucumber quickly
  • Mix everything in a salad bowl
  • Leave the mixture to rest for an hour in the refrigerator.

 

Serve very chilled! Good tasting
