Common Chive Vinaigrette

An original vinaigrette, which allows you to vary from a classic recipe and thus bring a little surprise and gluttony to your simplest salads!

 

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of liquid cream
  • 4 splands of common chives
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 

 

Preparation

  • Rinse and mince the common chives
  • In a bowl, mix the lemon juice with salt and pepper
  • Add the olive oil, liquid cream and chives while mixing
  • Serve fresh on a salad
