Urban Cuisine offers you the Radis Radish Radish with cream, easy and delicious!


Ingredients
• 1 Boot of round radishes
• 25cl of fresh cream
• 100g of fresh cheese
• 1 boot of chives
• Salt and pepper

Preparation
• Cut the round radishes into rings
• In a bowl mix the round radishes with a crème fraîche
• Chop the chives and add it to the mixture
• Season with salt and pepper
• Mix then put in the refrigerator
• Serve as fresh
