Mini peppers stuffed with tuna

  • 8 mini peppers
  • 500g canned natural tuna
  • 50cl of liquid cream
  • 150g grated parmesan
  • 100g of fine breadcrumbs
  • 25cl of olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bouquet of parsley
  • Pepper
  • Salt




  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
  • Wash the mini peppers, remove the green part and remove the seeds
  • Prepare the stuffing: mix well with the fork the tuna, cream, parmesan, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper
  • Stuff the mini peppers with the preparation
