Radishes with cream

URBAN CUISINE offers you the Radis Ronds à la crème recipe, easy and delicious!


Ingredients
• 1 bunch of round radishes
• 25cl fresh cream
• 100g of fresh cheese
• 1 bunch of chives
• Salt and pepper

Preparation
• Cut the round radishes into rings
• In a salad bowl, mix the round radishes with the fresh cream
• Chop the chives and add to the mixture
• Season with salt and pepper
• Mix then put in the refrigerator
• Serve as fresh
